Instructions for the Use of Contract Experience Funds:

 1. Experience fund vouchers have an exchange validity period. Vouchers that are not exchanged within the validity period will automatically expire and cannot be exchanged and used;

2. Contract experience funds are not shared with discount policies such as rebates;

3. Contract experience funds can only be used once.

4. The experience funds exchanged by the experience fund vouchers will be issued in real time to the corresponding account marked on the vouchers. Users who have not opened the corresponding account need to open it before the exchange can be successful;

 5. Contract experience funds cannot be transferred. The profit part earned by using the experience funds supports transfer;

6. Contract experience funds can only be used for contract trading guarantee assets, payment of transaction fees, payment of funding fees, and deduction of realized profits and losses of positions. Experience funds are deducted prior to own principal;

7. Contract experience funds cannot be used for currency trading, deduction of withdrawal fees, etc.;

 8. After the experience funds are exchanged, the default validity period is 7 days (unless otherwise specified).Unused experience funds will be automatically cleared after the expiration, and the experience funds of the positions with holdings after the expiration will also be automatically cleared after the positions are closed. 

CoinUp Contract Experience Voucher Expiration and Recovery Instructions:

1. When users transfer assets in the contract account to the currency account, all unused contract experience funds will be recovered.

2. When holding positions using contract experience funds as margin, assets cannot be transferred from the contract account to the currency account. Please close the positions before transferring.

3. After the user submits the withdrawal application, all experience funds of the relevant currency wallet in this account will be immediately cleared;

4. Experience funds all have an expiration date. Any unused experience funds will be cleared on the expiration date, and expired experience funds will not be returned;

5. In case of cheating behaviors such as batch registration of small accounts and malicious extraction of contract experience funds, CoinUp will strictly review and recover unexchanged experience fund vouchers and exchanged experience funds;

6. CoinUp reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this announcement at any time and in its sole discretion for any reason without prior notice.
