How to complete real-name authentication on CoinUp APP

1. Please enter the CoinUp APP homepage, click the avatar in the upper left corner, enter the [My] page, and click [Account Management];

 

 

2. Click [Real Name Verification], select your country, [Next Step]

 

 

3. Follow the instructions to select the type of certification you want to upload. Please make sure that all the information you enter is consistent with your ID. Once confirmed, you will not be able to change it.                      

 

4. Please read carefully the real name requirements, upload your documents front and back, click [Next] that prompts the authentication submitted successfully.

 

 

5. After completing the above process, please wait patiently. Coinup will review your application in time. Once your application is approved, we will inform you of the status of the real-name certification review through [Message].
