4. After the withdrawal request is confirmed, please wait patiently for the transfer to be processed, usually about 15 minutes.

How to choose a chain?

The following are some commonly used chains (also called networks): BEP2: BNB Beacon Chain;

BEP20: BNB Smart Chain (BSC).

ERC20: Ethereum Network; TRC20: TRON Network;

EOS: Enterprise Operation System network; BTC: Bitcoin network;

BTC (SegWit): Native Segwit (bech32), address starts with “bc1”. Users can withdraw or send bitcoins to the SegWit (bech32) address. For more information, see What is a Segregated Witness (SegWit).

If you choose a network such as BEP2 or EOS, you will need to fill in the MEMO field when transferring funds, otherwise the selected address will not be detected.

The choice of network depends on the external wallet withdrawal/transaction platform. If the external platform only supports ERC20, then you must select the ERC20 recharge network.

Instead of choosing the least expensive option, choose a network that is compatible with the external platform. For example, ERC20 tokens can only be sent to other ERC20 addresses, and BSC tokens can only be sent to other BSC addresses. Incompatible or mismatched reload networks will result in loss of funds.

Similarly, make sure that the coin-collecting platform supports the contractual address of the tokens you withdraw, otherwise your assets may be lost and unrecoverable. You can check the list of supported contract addresses from the corresponding platform.
