FAQ About Withdrawal

I. Prerequisites for Successful Withdrawal

  1. The wallet is not in maintenance mode.
  2. The withdrawal currency must be a currency supported by the recipient.
  3. Choose the correct withdrawal network: It must be a network supported by the recipient.
  4. Enter the correct target address: (1) Must be in the format supported by the CoinUp platform. (2) If necessary, the tagged currency must have the correct tag (Memo/Tag/Comment, etc.).
  5. Withdrawal amount ≥ Minimum withdrawal amount + Withdrawal fee.
  6. Confirm the withdrawal email: Carefully check the withdrawal currency, amount, and address.
  7. Generate a valid transaction ID and have it confirmed on the blockchain.

II. Common Issues

  1. Why has my withdrawal been sent out but not arrived? (1) Carefully check if your target address and withdrawal network are the same as the recipient's. (2) Once the withdrawal has been successfully sent out, CoinUp cannot process it further, please contact the recipient platform's customer service for assistance.

  2. Why is the withdrawable amount less than the actual wallet balance? (1) Unexecuted pending orders: Check if there are any unexecuted trading orders for the withdrawal currency, which can be recovered by canceling the orders. (2) Deposits not reaching the withdrawable confirmation count: Check if there are any deposits (possibly in your withdrawal currency or other currencies) that have not reached the withdrawable confirmation count. After the deposits reach the withdrawable confirmation count, the withdrawable balance will be consistent with the actual account balance.

  3. What if the wallet is in maintenance when I withdraw? When the wallet is in maintenance, your withdrawal will not be able to be sent out successfully.

  4. What if I withdraw to the wrong address? If the withdrawal is in "Processing" or "Sent" status, it cannot be canceled. Due to the irreversibility of blockchain, once sent out, only the recipient can return the amount to you. CoinUp cannot help you recover the funds. In this case, we suggest you contact the customer service of the platform that owns the "wrong address" for assistance; if you don't know who the address belongs to, the funds cannot be recovered.

  5. Are there withdrawal fees? (1) Internal transfer: If the withdrawal target address is within CoinUp, we recommend choosing internal transfer, which is free of withdrawal fees. (2) Regular withdrawal: Regular withdrawal requires paying a withdrawal fee, which is the mining fee (except for BCH, BAN, HIVE, HTR, IOTA, NEO, XDAG, XNO withdrawals).

  6. Are there minimum or maximum withdrawal limits? (1) CoinUp has a minimum withdrawal amount, which is adjusted periodically based on market value and different public chains, please refer to the amount shown on the withdrawal page. (2) CoinUp has 24-hour and 30-day maximum withdrawal limit restrictions based on the account's real-name verification status.

  7. What if the address is shown as invalid during withdrawal? If the system detects that you have entered an incorrect address format, it will indicate "Invalid address". In this case, please double-check the target address and withdrawal network to ensure the information you entered is correct.
